do both, that way if the online way doesnt work you still have back up with the old fashioned way

3 of the last 4 jobs I’ve had were ones I applied for online. In my current job I just finished the interviewing and hiring process where all of the applicants applied online. The successful candidate applied online from Kirkuk Iraq.
